Last of the Pictures! -- Chicago

Ok, the moment you've all been waiting for -- the last group of pictures. These are all from our week in Chicago, which was amazing. I have many, many more pictures, but I just put a sampling on the blog. I have a lot of great scenery pictures, but I didn't really put any of those (well, maybe one or two.) If you'd like to see those, I'm happy to email you the Kodak link and you can see all of the pictures. Leave a comment or email me directly at bboarnet@cox.net. Enjoy the pictures and I'll write again soon about school, camp, etc.
Barbara and Jacob on the big Ferris wheel in Navy Pier.
Michela, Marlon and Harrison on the same Ferris wheel (we were on opposite sides of the little gondola thing.) What a great view of the city!
At Navy Pier, wearing the new Chicago tshirts everyone bought.

The kids and Barbara at the Museum of Science and Industry in the lab dissecting cow eyes! It was so incredible. Barbara waited in line for an hour to make sure we got 4 of the 25 slots!

At the Shedd Aquarium

Outside in front of the Shedd Aquarium. We loved the skyline so much we just kept taking pictures with it in the background everywhere we went!

In the restaurant of our hotel with Dorey, Barbara's 97 (!) year old aunt, who lives in Chicago and came downtown to meet us for lunch

Can't see the background well, but we're 97 floors up at the top of the Hancock Building in the observatory. It was really need. I have great pictures of the buildings looking down, but, like I said, I didn't put very many of the scenery pictures on the blog. The things around our neck are the audio tours - they had a separate one geared for kids and the tours were amazing.

Construction worker Harrison taking a break 97 floors up!

Barbara and Jacob in front of the field museum

The famous "bean" in Millenium Park that's a trademark of Chicago. Isn't it neat how you can see the buildings from across the street in its reflection?

The famous fountains at Millenium Park that everyone runs around in

This little area was next to our hotel. We took it in honor of Marlon's mom and brother who are realtors!
Navy Pier (I took this photo from the boat of the river/lake tour we went on)
Marlon and I on the boat

The whole family on the boat tour
